Backpack drama
Ok, today we are going to jump right into it. Right in early at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Ok, that was kinda funny because it isn’t really bright and early. It is 2 o’clock in the afternoon! That is not bright and early! So much for jumping right in!
But it is kinda early because we usually do it at 7 o’clock at night and that is kinda a really big deal.
Today I am going to talk about my school. So, my school gave me a lot of workbooks and we have a lot of classes. For the first day, we <my 2nd grade class> will have Arabic, English, Arabic, IT Art, English, then Religion, then Arabic Math, then IT Swimming. My backpack is FULL. It really hurts to carry it around. My mom thinks I don’t have to carry all the books every day, but she is wrong. Because if what if someone in class accidentally does the swimming when they aren’t supposed to? Then you wouldn’t be prepared!
You wouldn’t have the workbook when you needed the workbook! You wouldn’t have the science book when you needed the book! So you have to carry all books, just in case.
So we have to carry all the books every single day for 4 months.
I think my school is great. We get to have swimming class; we get to have sports class; and we get to have English class (which I already know because I speak English). If you are wondering, Religion is when they talk about God. The problem is that it is in Arabic. They have classes for whichever religion you are. My class is Christianity, but it is in Arabic!
My school is really, really big. The best part about all of this is that I get to walk to school. I have never walked to school in my entire life! Can you believe that? I even live next to a school and I’ve never walked to it!
Ok, folks! I guess this is the end. I really want to stay, but we’re gonna have to wait until next time! Eat more candy!
